Truro Beaches

Home to some of the most scenic beaches on Cape Cod, Truro is known for it’s four popular dune-backed beaches on the ocean side, and a handful of quieter windswept beaches on the bay side. You’ll need a parking pass to visit all but two beaches, but Truro offers flexible packages and ample parking at most beaches.

Truro beach passes are required to park between the hours of 9am – 4pm from the third Saturday in June through Labor Day. Beach parking lots are free all other times. Passes can be used at all Truro beaches with the exception of the National Seashore section of Head of the Meadow Beach.

Cape Cod National Seashore beaches require a fee or season pass from late June through Labor Day. From Labor day through mid September, a fee or season pass is only required on weekends and holidays at select beaches. The season pass can be used at Coast Guard Beach (Eastham), Nauset Light Beach (Eastham), Marconi Beach (Wellfleet), Head of the Meadow Beach (Truro), Race Point (Provincetown) and Herring Cove (Provincetown).
