Orleans Beaches

Orleans is home to three public saltwater beaches and two freshwater ponds. While that may not seem like a lot, consider that Nauset Beach stretches for miles down the entire length of the eastern shore of Orleans. On the bay side, Skaket Beach and Rock Harbor feature warmer protected waters and amazing sunset views.

Orleans beach passes are required to park at town beaches between the hours of 7:30am – 4:30pm from June 9th through Labor Day. From May 25th to June 9th passes are required on weekends only. Beach parking lots are free all other times. Passes can be used at both Nauset Beach and Skaket Beach.
