Mayflower Beach

One of the most popular beaches on the Cape, Mayflower Beach features clean, white sand and top-notch amenities. Make sure to arrive early to avoid the parking crunch as the lots will be full by 9am during peak season. The beach does tend to get crowded during high tide but as the tide recedes the exposed tidal flats provide more than enough room to spread out. Young kids will enjoy splashing around in the calm, shallow waters and older kids will love the energetic party atmosphere. Full restroom facilities and a snack bar are open in-season.

Dennis beach passes or a daily fee are required to park from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Daily fees are cash only and accepted at all public parking areas with the exception of Depot Street Beach and Raycroft Beach. Passes are valid at all Dennis beaches, however Bayview Beach, Cold Storage Beach and Harborview Beach lots are restricted to resident parking only. West Dennis Beach and South Village Beach both have parking areas designated for residents only, in addition to open public parking.
